Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after payment confirmation. You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped.


Domestic Shipping (Malaysia)

We offer shipping across Peninsular Malaysia, Sabah, and Sarawak via trusted courier partners.

Destination Estimated Delivery Rate
Peninsular Malaysia 2–5 business days From RM 8
Sabah & Sarawak 5–10 business days From RM 15

Free shipping may be available for orders above a certain threshold — check our current promotions for details.


International Shipping

We ship internationally to selected countries. Delivery times and rates vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout.

  • Estimated delivery: 7–21 business days
  • International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp. You can use this to monitor your delivery status with the courier.


Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs clearance, or circumstances beyond our control (e.g., public holidays, natural disasters). However, please reach out to us if your order is significantly delayed and we'll do our best to assist.


Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged or goes missing, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the courier to resolve the issue.
